No MOQ. Wholesale and retail customers are both welcome. Imported products, however, are available only for wholesale customers.
Is full payment required before shipping?
Yes — 100% advance payment is required before dispatch. We share the proforma invoice on WhatsApp; once payment is confirmed your order ships.
Do you ship outside Delhi-NCR?
Yes — daily dispatches to all 28 states via DTDC, Delhivery, Gati, VRL transport. Major routes: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur.
Will I get a proper GST invoice for ITC claim?
Always. Every order ships with a tax invoice under GSTIN 07CZCPD1944D1ZU with HSN codes, CGST/SGST or IGST split (depending on state), and an e-way bill for in-transit verification.
How do I get daily price updates and new arrivals?

Can you do custom branding / private label?
Yes — for orders of 1000+ pieces we print your shop's name/logo on outer packaging. For 5000+ pieces, fully private-label artwork. Setup typically 7-10 days.
What's the warranty / return policy?
12 months on bulbs and 24 months on flood lights. Faulty pieces replaced 1-for-1 — share a video and ship back with your next order's return-courier.
